Our raisins come from Torbali / Manisa in Turkey. The grapes are picked according to strict selection criteria, ripely harvested and afterwards dried under the open sky until the moisture of the grapes is reduced to 18 to 15% accounting for a concentration of fructose content of 33%. Their colour may vary from honey yellow to dark brown.
